Όταν γράφετε το γράμμα, παρακαλούμε ΜΗΝ ΑΝΑΦΕΡΕΤΕ ΠΟΥ ΜΑΘΑΤΕ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΥΠΟΘΕΣΗ ούτε και τα ονόματα οργανισμών όπως της Ομάδας γυναικών Αγάζηλος, του Prisoner Alert κ.α. Δεν είναι επικίνδυνο για τους κρατούμενους να λαμβάνουν επιστολές από μεμονωμένα άτομα, αλλά αν αναφερθεί κάποιος οργανισμός μπορεί να κατηγορηθούν για διασυνδέσεις με «ξένες οργανώσεις» και οι ποινές τους να γίνουν βαρύτερες. Επίσης, παρακαλούμε ΜΗΝ ΓΡΑΦΕΤΕ ΤΙΠΟΤΑ ΑΡΝΗΤΙΚΟ ΓΙΑ ΤΗΝ ΚΥΒΕΡΝΗΣΗ ΤΟΥΣ (όσο και αν το θέλετε).

Η Μαρυάμ και η Μαρζιέχ γνωρίζουν αγγλικά, οπότε μπορείτε άνετα να τους γράψετε σε αυτή τη γλώσσα. Όμως υπάρχει κι ένα ειδικό εργαλείο για να μεταφράσετε επιλεγμένες φράσεις στην περσική γλώσσα (Φαρσί, Fārsi). ΣΧΕΤΙΚΑ ΜΕ ΤΗΝ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ ΤΗΣ ΥΓΕΙΑΣ ΤΗΣ ΜΑΡΥΑΜ ΚΑΙ ΤΗΣ ΜΑΡΖΙΕΧ: Σήμερα στείλαμε μήνυμα στο Elam ministries (Χριστιανοί του Ιράν, http://www.elam.com/articles/Prayer-News/) ρωτώντας για την υγεία της Μαρυάμ και της Μαρζιέχ, γιατί σε μια άλλη ιστοσελίδα διαβάσαμε ότι μία είπε στο τηλέφωνο στους γονείς της ότι πεθαίνει! Δεν εμπιστευόμαστε ιδιαίτερα τη συγκεκριμένη ιστοσελίδα επειδή μαζεύει χρήματα, και περιμένουμε απάντηση από το elam ministries που θεωρούμε πιο υπεύθυνο φορέα. Θα σας ενημερώσουμε μόλις υπάρξει κάτι νεώτερο.

When writing a letter, never mention the name of the source of your information or the name of any organization such as Prisoner Alert or Agailos Women’s Group. It is not dangerous for a prisoner to receive letters from individuals, but if an organization is mentioned they may be accused of links with ‘foreign organizations’ and receive harsher sentences. Also, please do not state anything negative about their government.

Μaryam and Marzieh can read in English, so you can write to them in English. It mostly contains Scriptural verses.

PLEASE DO NOT STOP SENDING MESSAGES OF PROTEST. Let them know that we don’t forget what they are doing to those women. Do you want to write to the President of Iran? We don’t have some special message yet, however you can use the one we send to the various embassies. His e-mail is dr-ahmadinejad@president.ir . If you decide to write to him, please don’t use insulting tone or strong language, because your message will have the opposite result.

REGARDING THE HEALTH CONDITION OF MARYAM AND MARZIEH: Today we sent a message to Elam ministries (Iranian Christians, http://www.elam.com/articles/Prayer-News/) because we read in some webpage that one of the girls told her parents she is dying! We do not trust this page because it collects money donations, and we think that Elam ministries can offer more accurate information. As soon as we have news we will inform you.

   I have just learned to day of Maryam & Marzieh’s release!! We are a group of believers in Canada who have been praying for our dear sisters through the trial of their faith. How we rejoice at the local authorities bending to the will of Jesus.
   We will pray that your health and strength will recover. You have been an incredible inspriration to your brothers and sisters in the Lord. May God keep you in His tender care.

   Yes, their release is great news, however it is not the end yet. Please see what happened to the last Christian that was executed for «apostasy» in Iran: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/middleeast/iran/3179465/Hanged-for-being-a-Christian-in-Iran.html He was released, and then arrested again and executed.
